PA610 is a renewable and eco-friendly bio-based nylon polymerized from sebacic acid (derived from castor oil) and hexamethylenediamine. Its bio-based content can exceed 60%.

Characteristics:
High toughness, low water absorption rate, with superior low-temperature resistance and dimensional stability. Demonstrates effective resistance to oils and chemicals, while maintaining excellent electrical properties.

Applications:
Primarily used in high-end toothbrush bristles, monofilaments, cable sheathing, and machinery manufacturing. Also suitable for oil storage containers, textile machinery components, gears, and in the electronics industry for battery housings and instrument guide rails.

Exhibits high strength and modulus, wear resistance, heat resistance, low water absorption, excellent molding processability, and dimensional stability. Suitable for components requiring low water absorption, superior dimensional stability, high elastic modulus, and wear resistance. Applications include smartwatch mid-frames, back covers, housings, as well as electronic and electrical components.
