PA1010 is a renewable and eco-friendly bio-based nylon polymerized from sebacic acid and decamethylenediamine, both derived from castor oil. With a bio-based content of up to 100%, it is a high-performance nylon independently developed and pioneered in China.

Characteristics:
Exceptional toughness, high strength, superior low-temperature resistance, excellent wear resistance, low water absorption, minimal molding shrinkage, and good processability.

Applications:
Primarily used in automotive brake lines, fuel lines, conduit pipes, and new energy vehicle liquid cooling hoses, as well as other applications requiring low-temperature performance and high toughness.

Bio-based Nylon PA1010 + 30%~60% Glass Fiber Reinforced Material
Exhibits high strength and modulus, wear resistance, heat resistance, low water absorption, excellent molding processability, and dimensional stability. Suitable for components requiring low water absorption, superior dimensional stability, high elastic modulus, and wear resistance. Applications include hydraulic connectors, fuel line fittings, smartwatch back covers, and smartwatch housings.
