Bio-based Nylon PA1012
PA1012 is a renewable and eco-friendly bio-based nylon polymerized from sebacic acid derived from castor oil and hexamethylenediamine. The bio-based content can exceed 60%.

Characteristics:
Exhibits low water absorption among nylons, excellent dimensional stability, resistance to oils and alkalis, non-toxicity, and superior toughness at low temperatures.

Applications:
Suitable for extrusion, injection molding, blow molding, or powder coating processes. Can fully substitute for Nylon 11 and Nylon 12.

Bio-based Nylon PA1012 + 30%~60% Glass Fiber Reinforced Material：
Exhibits high strength and modulus, wear resistance, heat resistance, low water absorption, excellent molding processability, and dimensional stability. Suitable for components requiring low water absorption, superior dimensional stability, high elastic modulus, and wear resistance. Applications include smartwatch mid-frames, back covers, housings, drone wings, faucet valves, and engineering drag chains.
