PA56丨PA56/X series
The homopolymer with a viscosity of 2.73 features stable color, high strength, high elongation, excellent flame - retardancy, and good processability. Its mechanical properties are similar to those of PA66. The molding shrinkage rate is 30% lower than that of PA66. After being modified with 30% glass fiber, its dimensional stability is superior to that of PA6 and PA66.
Polymerization - modified copolymer exhibits strong color stability during heat treatment, good processing performance. Its abrasion resistance is similar to that of PA6 and PA66. After saturated water absorption, its mechanical properties are comparable to those of PA66. Moreover, it has better flame - retardant properties compared to PA66.
